All our gelato is made from scratch in house with: fresh fruit, chocolate, herbs, spices, milk, cream, eggs and water. At Fatamorgana we don't use any artificial flavors, colorants, no preservatives, thickeners, stabilizers, industrial bases, pastes. We do everything from scratch, only using fresh, natural ingredients.
