Gokoku Vegetarian Ramen & Sushi was founded in 2016 by vegan culinary expert and NPC bikini competitor Shanshan Liu Estacio. A proud army wife, french bulldog mommy, and first-generation Chinese immigrant, Shanshan opened the doors to her North Hollywood restaurant envisioning a diverse vegan menu reflecting the vibrant melting pot of Los Angeles.
