Hello! We’re Vanessa and Thomas Tilaka Kalb. We met while working at San Francisco’s award-winning restaurant Flour+Water. We were also fortunate to put in time at other great establishments under wonderful mentors along the way in SF, plus Chicago and Los Angeles including The Spice Table, Cookbook Market, Octavia and M. Georgina (Vanessa) and Lula Café, Al’s Place, Bar Agricole and Slanted Door Group (Thomas).
