Our kitchen located in LA’s Arts District is staffed by a dedicated and talented team of chocolatiers, led by Chef Kriss Harvey. Named one of America’s Top 10 Pastry Chefs, Chef Kriss was previously the Executive Pastry Chef at The Bazaar by José Andrés at the SLS Hotel. His passion and skills for all things chocolate was honed in the revered French kitchens of Oriol Balaguer, Emmanuel Ryon, the Ritz Carlton and the Wynn Las Vegas. The chemical formula for theobromine is tattooed on his right arm. The rest of the crew have it in magic marker.
