I started cooking as a child with my mom. My mom baked delicious bread and the aroma from the oven was magical. When I bake now, it brings me back to mom- love and comfort. Baking is my passion. I’ve done it everywhere we’ve lived- Tokyo, Vietnam, New York, and now California.
When our family moved to Southern California in 2014, I baked for friends and family. My brioche became so requested that I decided to open Brio Brio for everyone. Our family loves bringing people together over warm, wholesome, and freshly baked bread. Our selection and recipes blur the continents- from Japanese, French, American, to Fusion.
