In 1991, the first Calif Chicken Café was born in the heart of Hollywood on Melrose Avenue and quickly became an LA staple. CCC was built on the framework that quality and convenience should work hand in hand to provide healthy food at a friendly price. The founders wanted to create a restaurant with food that you crave daily, at prices that you can afford daily.
