Chibiscus makes everything in small batches from our shops in L.A. To achieve optimal flavor, our broth is cooked from scratch for at least 14 hours, making everything we serve worth your patience. Re-inventing Ramen was our starting point, now we are ready to bring out all the things we love to share with you.
