Cacao farming still uses antiquated farming practices. The use of a hand machete for gathering and prying open cacao pods is the primary means of harvesting. For so long women have been neglected in this field due to the laborious process and limitations to finance and land rights. We support "Leave No One Behind", UN 2030 Sustainability Goals, and are proud to help create the first women’s coop in Tabasco, MX. We believe that women are the future in creating a better place that allows for more compassion and understanding.
