Kazan is the creation of Ryu Isobe, a young entrepreneur and founder of Tatsu Ramen, and true noodle lover. Kazan is a full of his passion towards noodle; Soba and Ramen that he was growing up eating on the street of Tokyo. Kazan has on-site noodle factory for the perfect noodle. Kazan does not cut the corner but simply make everything in house at its perfection from scratch. Kazan offers various Japanese fusion dishes to start as well.
