Locali's gourmet deli menu caters to both vegans and omnivores alike. Almost any deli sandwich can be made with vegetarian, vegan and/or gluten-free substitutions. Please clearly specify your dietary preferences while placing your sandwich order. Our deli meats are of the highest quality from animals that have been fed a vegetarian grain diet. They are also antibiotic, hormone, filler, gluten and casein free. Substitutions may be made to any meat or cheese with non-GMO vegan alternatives. The vegan cheese substitute we use is soy-free and gluten-free. Locali's produce and ingredients are organic whenever possible. Our locally made, gourmet artisan breads are vegan. While gluten-free items are made out of entirely gluten-free products, they are prepared in a common kitchen that also prepares gluten-containing products. Therefore, we cannot certify that there will be no trace amounts of gluten in our food.
