Well versed in the craft of preparing the perfect family meal for their loved ones, expert chef and restaurateur Emile, and daughter Maya, sought out to share a piece of their home with the Inland Empire. Emile has been making communities happy with his one of a kind, authentic Lebanese recipes for over 25 years. Business minded Realtor & food lover, Maya provided a new fresh and creative twist to the menu with the addition of the house favorite, Shawarma Fries.
