Culinary couple Quinn and Karen Hatfield are the chef-owners of Los Angeles restaurants Odys + Penelope, The Sycamore Kitchen and The Mighty. The two met while working in the kitchen at Spago Hollywood and after years working within highly acclaimed kitchens in Los Angeles, New York and San Francisco, the couple opened their first project together in 2006, named Hatfield's. After six years of running their Michelin-starred restaurant, in 2012, Karen and Quinn opened The Sycamore Kitchen, followed by the 2015 opening of Odys + Penelope, and the 2017 opening of downtown LA restaurant, The Mighty.
