The Tipsy Cow is an eclectic urban eating house specializing in freshly ground burgers, delectable craft cocktails, and the most interesting beers in town. Although our kitchen serves an assorted array of superior California cuisine, including buffalo cauliflower, tarragon deviled eggs, and short-rib poutine fries, the centerpiece of our menu is the burger. Our angus beef is all natural free-range, raised as vegetarians, always humanely and sustainably raised, no hormones, no antibiotics. If beef doesn’t tickle your fancy, we also offer the ﬁnest free-range turkey, ahi tuna, and hand-crafted veggie burgers. Behind the vintage art-deco bar, The Tipsy Cow features thirty-two draft beers, each handle personally selected to create a selection that is at once innovative in its make-up and inclusive in its appeal.
